I'm visiting from Texas and was told a few good things about Braum's so naturally I had to see for myself. I got the 4 cheese burger, 1 scoop of birthday cake ice cream and I tasted some of my friends blood orange sherbet. All were pretty good and the prices were reasonable, I definitely plan on going back before my vacation is over.

I run in this location quite frequently for lunch. I don't order from the counter though. I usually grab a loaf of bread, bag of potato chips, tub of Braum's french onion dip, and a tub of chicken salad and have lunch for a couple days in my office. This location is conveniently located to my work and it is consistently cleaner than some other Braum's stores I have been to.

30 years ago Braums had great employees that had worked there for many years, they had great service! Today your a number and they don't care, service matters! I won't return after time and time again receiving terrible service, incorrect orders, etc. When I went through the drive thru and got food for my dad (who is diabetic) I always order him a diet coke! They gave me a coke, I called they said bring the drink back now or we aren't replacing it, I said then your replacing my entire order because it will be cold if I go back and return to eat. They said they would not do that! Not taking responsibility for their actions isn't acceptable. I called Corperate, it's obvious the terrible customer service starts at the top! I told them what happened and they backed the restaurant manager. Simply don't eat at Braums, they don't appreciate their customers, I haven't returned and won't.

Braums ice cream and dairy stores are amazing. I grew up going to them all the time. Now gone from OK for a decade, I appreciate them even more. Great burgers and fries, a terrific grocery selection - and seriously amazing ice cream. This visit was our last stop in Oklahoma before the long 24 hour drive back to CA. How could we not drive in for an ice cream treat for the kids to start the trip? We never come to OK without coming to Braums. This location is very convenient for travelers - would make a wonderful place to stretch and get a terrific treat. No ice cream is like Braums.

Those of you that have these stores as a regular part of your day are lucky. First we started in the grocery section. I grew up in a small dairy town in southern california, and we used to have drive through dairy. This reminded me a little of that. I grabbed a bunch of cookies, a pack of cinnamon rolls and a pound cake to take home. I had a cinnamon roll and it was great. The cookies (peanut butter of course) are great. My friend used to bring these to me as a treat when she went home to OK. I see what all the fuss is about. If there were more room and I was closer to home, I would have stocked up a lot more. Then we went over to the restaurant portion and got a little snack to go. I had a peanut butter cup shake and some french fries. The fries were hot and salty and the shake was amazing. I hope I will be back in Oklahoma and I will go to Braum's!!

Ice cream it is, but far from awesome. I've had plenty of ice cream and there is nothing special about this place. That said if you want burgers and ice cream around OKC there are plenty of these around.

An Oklahoma tradition. Really, really good ice cream. Only 4 stars because the place has a tendency to be kind of dirty. Depends on which location, but typically see rags and ice cream mess all over the counters. Don't let this talk you out of trying it though. You won't be sorry.
